1. Initial Connection
We begin with an email exchange or introductory phone call to understand your travel vision. We'll discuss your needs, trip wishlist, preferred destinations, and the overall design and flow you're envisioning for your journey. Before we begin planning your trip, please review our Terms & Conditions, which outline our booking policies, payment terms, and cancellation procedures.
2. Trip Outline
Based on our conversation, we create a customized trip outline that captures the essence of your ideal adventure. This preliminary sketch gives you a clear picture of the proposed itinerary for your review and approval.
3. Planning Fee
Once you're excited about the general outline and ready to move forward, we collect our planning fee. This allows us to dedicate our expertise and time to crafting every detail of your perfect trip.
4. Detail Development
With the foundation in place, we dive into the specifics—refining accommodations, activities, transportation, and special experiences. We present you with a comprehensive plan and final pricing for your consideration.
5. Booking & Deposit
When you're ready to make it official, we collect a deposit and secure all your reservations. Your dream trip is now confirmed! Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
6. Final Itinerary & Departure
Before you set off, we provide you with a detailed itinerary containing everything you need for a seamless journey, and then you're all set to travel with confidence.
How we make money
Our hybrid approach combines a non-refundable planning fee with commissions earned from hotels, tours, and other travel suppliers. The planning fee compensates us for the extensive research, coordination, and personalized service we provide, typically 20+ hours of work crafting your perfect itinerary. Additionally, we earn commissions from our partner properties and operators when you book through us, but these commissions don't increase your costs, you pay the same rates as booking direct. This model ensures we're invested in creating the best possible experience for you, not just making bookings, while the commissions help support our business and allow us to maintain the strong industry relationships that unlock exclusive perks and access for our clients.
Our Fee Structure

Bespoke Trip Planning
We charge a weekly non-refundable fee our bespoke trips. The first week is $650, and each additional week is $400.

Hotel Bookings
For simple hotel bookings, we do not charge a booking fee.
