Let me introduce myself

My name is Caitlin Wilson, and I founded Latitude Luxury Travel because I kept meeting people who had trips on their list they'd never booked, because the planning felt overwhelming, or because they didn't know who to trust with it. No one had shown them what was actually possible.

I spent fifteen years as a chief stewardess on luxury superyachts, a career that taught me what exceptional service feels like to receive, and what it takes to deliver it. I learned that clients who invest in extraordinary experiences aren't buying an itinerary, they're buying peace of mind. And that a plan only matters if every detail holds when something doesn't go as expected.

I brought all of that into Latitude Luxury Travel.

I specialise in adventure and wellness travel at the luxury end, the experiences that require specific knowledge, genuine supplier relationships, and the kind of planning attention that most travel agencies don't give. Heli-skiing the BC backcountry. Antarctica expeditions. Guided splitboarding in Hokkaido. Wellness retreats in Bali, Switzerland, and Thailand. Wilderness lodges in the Great Bear Rainforest that most Canadians have never heard of.

I work with a small number of clients. Every itinerary is built from scratch. Nothing is templated.

Based in Vancouver. FORA-affiliated advisor. Allianz-certified for travel insurance.

If you're ready to actually book the trip, let's talk.
